@Racist_Columbo @roland Since I was young when XY came out I inherrently view them as Good Games because I had Fun and my Brain now clings to nostalgia.
@Waldbrand @Racist_Columbo @roland They were the last non-remake mainline pokemon games I played, and I actually enjoyed it very much, but they clearly butchered the release by not having a "final" Z game, which was pretty clearly planned.
The "pokemon as weapons of war" lore was pretty good and answers a long-held question about whether the world of pokemon was always near-utopic.
