@parker fffffff oww I felt that, sorry Parker
@scenesbycolleen Thank you, that's kind of you
@parker @scenesbycolleen Are you hammer drilling steel?
@Sweetie_Squad_Liquidator @scenesbycolleen maybe, yes, it was faster okay
@parker @scenesbycolleen Hammer drilling, in high speed...with a unibit?
@Sweetie_Squad_Liquidator @scenesbycolleen No, it was a straight drill bit for metal, but of questionable origins, I didn't want to buy anything better to drill one hole for a bolt, at the wrong speed, and my form was pretty trash. So a lot of bad choices all came together.
@parker @scenesbycolleen Advice from an older man, start with a small 1/8" hole the gradually go bigger and bigger till you get to the sized bit you wanted it will save your bits and pain. HSS know as high speed steel are garbage and in the fuck it bucket they belong, the titanium coated ones are garbage except for soft metal like copper and aluminum. Get some decent not chinese made cobalt steel bits they will be your goto for most things unless you are drilling hardened steel plates then you need tungsten carbide and you can expect spending a small fortune for a set.

@Sweetie_Squad_Liquidator @scenesbycolleen Yeah if I make another yurt I'll definitely do that and buy some decent bits.
