@graf I wake up at 5:20 every day to start teaching at 6:00. I start brewing coffee immediately and have a quick breakfast before class starts.

@graf Been up since about 3AM EST, then worked 12 hours starting at 7AM. The older you get, the less sleep you need, not that you stop craving it. That, and I haven't beaten my body to shit with good times.
