@graf @SmidgePierce @matty i can't do it, i'm busy thinking about food.
@reallyangry @SmidgePierce @matty I'm going to grill steak and slice it into some kind of pasta or maybe yakisoba
@graf @SmidgePierce @matty well i only have porkc hobs.
@graf @SmidgePierce @matty i do have some ground beef for making chili at some point.
@matty This is old and so are you.
@reallyangry @SmidgePierce @matty sometimes I will just make myself spaghetti and toss it in butter with garlic and parmesan cheese and just eat it like that. you ever do that?
@graf @SmidgePierce @matty i ate egg noodles iwth just salt on them
Buttered noodles separate the not Italians from the rest. Good call.
What about buttered sausage?
@matty looks like he got it
No meal is lessened by adding butter.
@PodunkPotato @matty @monsignor_dickface @SmidgePierce @graf i cook everything in butter or tallow.
@PodunkPotato @monsignor_dickface @matty @SmidgePierce @reallyangry this. I always finish my steak with garlic butter while its resting 10/10
@reallyangry @PodunkPotato @matty @monsignor_dickface @SmidgePierce I use tallow almost 100% of the time
@graf @PodunkPotato @matty @monsignor_dickface @SmidgePierce i use tallow a lot cuz we buy giant boxes of food grade tallow to make soap and cosmetics with, it's perfectly edible lol.
@graf @reallyangry @PodunkPotato @matty @monsignor_dickface @SmidgePierce do you use it only for savory?
@Twoinchdestroya @graf @PodunkPotato @matty @monsignor_dickface @SmidgePierce what are you talking about, i just cook niggraphile.
What's on hand. I use a lot of bacon fat.
@matty Man why even have industry when we can just multiply our money?
@graf @reallyangry @PodunkPotato @matty @monsignor_dickface @SmidgePierce got u addicted (it was probably just thrown away)
@brother_tyler @reallyangry @PodunkPotato @matty @monsignor_dickface @SmidgePierce no way, im onto brisket tallow now tho
@brother_tyler @graf @reallyangry @PodunkPotato @matty @monsignor_dickface @SmidgePierce do you still shower with tallow?
@graf @reallyangry @PodunkPotato @matty @monsignor_dickface @SmidgePierce Yeah beef tallow is better tasting than sheep fr. Might buy an entire cow after I get some wind-proof shed up.
@Twoinchdestroya @graf @reallyangry @PodunkPotato @matty @monsignor_dickface @SmidgePierce I have about 15 gallons left but you wouldn't want to eat it. I mix it with beeswax and treat my wood handled tools with it as a paste wax of sorts.
@reallyangry @brother_tyler @graf @PodunkPotato @matty @monsignor_dickface @SmidgePierce i need a reminder to brush up on history
@Twoinchdestroya @brother_tyler @graf @PodunkPotato @matty @monsignor_dickface @SmidgePierce that's actually in greek supposedly, not like i speak greeg so i couldn't say for sure.
@brother_tyler @graf @reallyangry @PodunkPotato @matty @monsignor_dickface @SmidgePierce does tallow do well in sealing wood? genuine not cum brained question
@Twoinchdestroya @brother_tyler @graf @PodunkPotato @matty @monsignor_dickface @SmidgePierce bees wax innit, beeswax is ancient gold MY NIGGA IS THE BEST HTING EVER, you can use it for lip balm, we make it.
@Twoinchdestroya @graf @reallyangry @PodunkPotato @matty @monsignor_dickface @SmidgePierce Tallow's primary job as an oil (at temperature) with wood is to replace the water that would normally swell the fibers, to prevent cracking. It's oily nature also repells water, and since it's 'dry' - prevents deterioration from bacteria and fungi.
The beeswax is a wax and the molecules are too big to enter the cells, so it acts primarily as a moisture barrier.

@brother_tyler @Twoinchdestroya @graf @PodunkPotato @matty @monsignor_dickface @SmidgePierce bee wax would act like a sealant too i'd presume.
@brother_tyler @graf @reallyangry @PodunkPotato @matty @monsignor_dickface @SmidgePierce do you coat it separately or as a mix?
