can't prove a negative
there is a certain panel chemistry, that isn't even standard, that *contains* more heavy metals, but the leeching thing is just the same old trick of applying extreme scrutiny to thing you don't like, extrapolating from trace effects in the lab to widespread soil contamination which just isn't true. On the other hand let's ignore all negative impacts from fossil generators that's all just libtard climate hoaxery!

The screencap is obviously just baseless accusations.

t. guy who doesn't know the first thing about solar panels (or farming for that matter)
we're so far past "adding laws so people don't know what the rules are" it's almost more funny than it is grim.

To me the peak of this when I found out USC isn't actually the law, it's a fucking SHORTCUT which is a compendium of the actual texts of laws
the problem with that is it provides a strong incentive for good people not to bother and for bad people to find a way to game the system.

Automatic sunsetting provides work to keep the bad or stupid ones busy, and a chance for the good smart ones to stop rules that no longer make sense from being carried on.
