there is a certain panel chemistry, that isn't even standard, that *contains* more heavy metals, but the leeching thing is just the same old trick of applying extreme scrutiny to thing you don't like, extrapolating from trace effects in the lab to widespread soil contamination which just isn't true. On the other hand let's ignore all negative impacts from fossil generators that's all just libtard climate hoaxery!

This is why automatically expiring laws and regulations after some period could be helpful. If it's so impordand congress will renew it. Otherwise it's gone.

the problem with that is it provides a strong incentive for good people not to bother and for bad people to find a way to game the system.
