Tyler didnt admit to it or trn himself in. Thats why he has a good defense attorney. And a 30.06 cant do that little damage ever. So there's that.

19The 30.06 (or, at the very least, a 30 caliber rifle firing a supersonic projectile) killed Charlie. There is video of Tyler going onto the roof, lying down, and firing the shot with the rifle that they recover in the woods where he is seen running into, with his DNA and prints all over that weapon. There was a hypersonic crack which means that the shot came from a rifle. If it wasn't Tyler's rifle, which rifle was it?
And Tyler's defense team didn't want to play the Twiggs interview for the courtroom or the media, because Twiggs and the Officer discuss, under oath, the several times Tyler admitted it, personally, in his own writing, and on several posts by text and discord.
You habe no credibility after a statement like this. It isnt possible. I guess you buy the "bones of steel" theory.
The issue is that with a bullet with this much kinetic energy it would either punch through so fast it doesnt dump and of it, or it dumps all of it to stop in which case his neck would have visible exploded, at least internally, from the cavitation. You cant get around the physics. It is impossible to dumb 2200 ft/lbs of energy into a neck without seeing it.
No. He says it will through and through 6 inches. Nothing with that much force will be stopped by 6 inches of mostly empty space. Necks are not dense.
@rees @Xenophon @Humpleupagus @Dudebro @Electronwarrior @chanon @FreeinTX In my mind this looks a lot like making the facts to fit the model - not the model to fit the facts. But that’s just like my opinion, man ![]()
He cant account for the physics of what a bullet would do in a neck. You have 2 choices. A clean through and through or a massive sudden energy dump. We have neither.
@Xenophon @Humpleupagus @Dudebro @Electronwarrior @chanon @FreeinTX @rees Yeah even with my proposed suggestion of a Rem .223 right into the jugular / carotid, we’re running up against that basic problem. It’s more reasonable than any .30-06, but it’s still got issues
They should have shot him with a rifle caliber that penetrated so at least we couldntake that argument. But we have to rely on the dr saying he had Wolverine bones.
Why when they can just say the tranny fucker did it and you believe them?
The fact you imagine everyone needs to be involved shows how silly you are. Why must they know? They believe presented facts as stupidly as you do.
All the people I listed would either be horrible at their job or were intentionally helping prosecute a known innocent patsy.
Did he confess? Two which officer? Do you have proof it's a true confession?
And, if the defense raised enough doubt to leverage a plea bargain to get the death penalty off the table, he will plead guilty and give allocution, detailing exactly what he did in his own words.
Are all of these people lying? Was Tyler lying to all these people? Will you believe Tyler if he confesses to the court? You've disregarded every piece of evidence, you have no idea how you think he was killed. All you know is that a .3006 'can't possibly do that little amount of damage' and they paved over the crime scene 5 days later, so that means it was Israel, TPUSA, and a grand conspiracy involving the entire UT justice system, a dozen others, and a patsy willing to die to protect the scam. Right?
>BUT THE NAHTZEES CONFESSED AT NUREMBERG!!!!!!

4The reason is that "confessions" are an exception to the hearsay rule. Thus, if the only effect of the utterance is to make other evidence look more damming, rather than to show unique knowledge of the crime, etc, a good defense attorney will get it thrown out.
Lel.
Nigga walk me step by step through your entire fucking day and let me catch you on cctv.
Exactly, and if you look at false confession cases, what usually occurs is that the "confession" corroborates the crime, but only because the police fed the suspect facts before getting the confession.
Surety bonds should be paying out over that shit.
