That place (left) is called Quartino. There used to be one next to where I worked in Paris. Here's a closer look at some of the pizza.
Apparently they opened a branch in Chicago, because it's the exact same name with the same font/logo, but they don't serve by the slice there.

Looking at the yelp of the Chicago place, it looks good... This kind of pizza is what's a standard "Good Pizza" in France:
Spicy stuff doesn't do well in Paris because French can't handle it. It's a niche thing for African-French, and for them they prefer specific African food..
